Million Viewers Watched Diamond CBD Get In as Manny Pacquiao Wins World Welterweight Championship

July 22, 2019

PotNetwork Holding, Inc. (OTC Pink: POTN) (“the Company”) through its wholly-owned subsidiary Diamond CBD was thrilled to have sponsored boxer Juan Carlos Payano on this past weekend’s much-anticipated fight card held at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas and broadcast worldwide on FOX Sports Pay-Per-View this past Saturday, July 20th. Payano and fellow former bantamweight titleholder Luis Nery were about even through eight rounds before Nery knocked Payano out on a vicious body shot.

Boxing’s only eight-division world champion Manny Pacquiao won the main event, over slugger Keith Thurman in a fight that was billed as one of the biggest boxing matches of the year to win the World Welterweight Championship. Pacquiao will likely be heading to a unification bout with the winner of the upcoming Errol Spence Jr. and Shawn Porter.

Diamond CBD is no stranger to the boxing ring, having sponsored championship fighters across the globe including Las Vegas native Andres Cortes who just recently extend his unbeaten record to 12-0 (7KO’s) against Mexico’s Sergio Lopez in three rounds at the Sin City Showdown main event held June 28, 2019.

Referring to the numerous celebrity sports and entertainment events sponsored by Diamond, PotNetwork Holding’s CEO Kevin Hagen said, “We’re extremely proud to be sponsoring world-class boxers like Lipinets and Payano who are fighting at highly anticipated events such as this one, as well as other athletes and entertainers around the globe. These high profile events are excellent opportunities for building awareness of the Diamond brand in the minds of consumers.”

Diamond CBD’s popular lineup of hemp CBD-infused products has been a tremendous hit with consumers bringing in over $1.1 million in May alone, a 90% increase in sales year over year. Industry experts are predicting sales of CBD products to reach as high as $22 billion annually by 2022.
